Wedding Florals from Between the Briars
We aim to design with the freshest most seasonal ingredients at hand, while instilling a natural effortless feeling to your wedding or event. We love when clients share our same environmental values, or are looking for something different from the usual wedding bouquet, table centerpieces or floral arch.
In practice we work hard to create designs without the use of floral foam and minimize our use of single use plastics. By being conscious of our ecological impact Between the Briars floral designs are as meaningful to the environment as they are to the wedding day. We source our own flowers grown in our cutting gardens as well as from other local growers. If in the event we cannot source locally we source seasonally from Holland and European growers. Sourcing flowers in season insures the freshest, as well as the most environmentally friendly flowers.
We prefer the “Quality not Quantity” approach to our wedding business, so we only take on a handful of wedding clients per season. Weddings that suit our design style and ethos. This means that when you book your wedding with Between the Briars, your event gets our full attention during the days leading up to the big day!

Pricing guidance: For weddings that require an installation, you can estimate an average budget of around €3,000.00 -€4,000.00 for personal florals, ceremony with arch or large install and some additional reception florals. This depends on seasonality, location and amounts of each design required. Follow this link: for our Suggested Floral Spend Guide, Please note for distances over 100km from Glanmire, Cork we require a €4000.00 spend
A note on our booking process: Feel free to fill out our enquiry form to see if we are available for your date. Once you decide to book, a booking fee will be required to hold your date.

“When I was planning my wedding last year, I really hoped that Between the Briars could do our flowers for us, so when I messaged them on their Instagram page and found out that they also did weddings I was over the moon and very excited about what they were going to create for us.
After describing what kind of flowers I had in mind to Taylor, the man behind Between the Briars, he put a Pinterest board together for me and asked me to add any ideas that I liked to it. He got what I was going for straight away, which made it so easy for us to pick our pieces. The bridal bouquets, button holes and installations that he created were all completely tailored (or you could say ‘Taylor-ed’) to match the style of our wedding and I could tell the were going to tie in so perfectly with everything! I had complete faith in Taylor’s abilities from the start as I could tell he was passionate about his job and that he wanted to create something amazing for us.
On the day of our wedding, I was completely blown away by what Taylor and his partner Kevin had created for us. It was better than I had imagined. I couldn’t get over the lovely little touches like the beautiful hand died ribbons on our bouquets, the delicate button holes, and the sheer size of the installations... They were breathtaking! The venue where we got married, Cloughjordan House in Tipperary, were equally blown away by Taylor and Kevin’s flowers, saying that they were incredible and that they had never seen anything like them before.
I would highly recommend Between the Briars to anyone looking for flowers for their wedding, or for any occasion. Taylor and Kevin are extremely talented at what they do, and the flowers they grow are beautiful and unique. Taylor is also really lovely to deal with, and made the whole process of choosing our wedding flowers so easy and stress free!
