What's in Season - May Flowers

May can often be an in-between month for many growers in Ireland, we source locally from other growers when we can as well as order through the dutch markets for weddings. Its also a very busy time as this is the when plants need to get into the ground to bloom for summer, so theres lots of work to do!

May is when the hedgerow starts to come alive again and the first foliages can be cut as well as the beautiful queen annes lace and flowering hawthorn trees.
