Mother's Day is March 14th this year!

Mother’s day in Ireland and the U.K. changes year to year. Which makes growing flowers for Mother’s Da, in an already tricky climate, that much more challenging! This “floating holiday change” somehow slipped our minds when ordering flower bulbs last year…. we’ve double the tulips, narcissus, anemone and ranunculus and bulked up on our hyacinth bulbs, all in anticipation for Mother’s day to fall on March 30th just like in 2020! Oops!

Anyway, that all said we will definitely have some of our own flowers available, (the hyacinths, anemone, and narcissus will be ready and if we are lucky tulips and ranunculus) but we will most likely order in some supplemental flowers from Holland to meet order demands.

Ordering in is a practice we try to limit to big flower holidays. These holidays always seem to be in winter or early spring like: Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother,s day. We just love our home grow flowers so much we wish we could have them year round!

Below are a few of our offerings for mothers day, please note flowers will be dependent on availability and photos are for size reference. The arrangements will be guaranteed beautiful and convey the love you wish to send to Mum on her big holiday no matter where they are grown!

Note: If you want to only send an Irish grown gift opt for the Kokedama Moss Ball or the Emerging Spring Nest! All flowers will be grown on our flower farm
